AJ Odudu is in the final stages of talks with ITV to host the upcoming Big Brother reboot on ITV 2, according to The Sun.
The publication has said that the star has been offered the role by the broadcaster, which she has accepted.
“AJ and ITV are still ironing out details in her contract but she has told a lot of people the job is hers” the publication said.
It was first revealed back in early October that AJ was in “advanced” talks to host.
Other potential names to host the revised series include former Bit on the Side hosts Rylan Clark, Love Island’s Maura Higgins and Capital Breakfast host Roman Kemp.
ITV said in a statement that “All suggestions surrounding the host are pure speculation and absolutely no decisions have been made at this early stage.”
Big Brother returns to screens in Autumn 2023 on ITV2 & ITVX.
