One of The Bov Boys to STAY in Big Brother House as Big Brother’s Mole

The Bov Boys’ 24-hour takeover of the Big Brother House may have come to an end, but for one member of the group, their time in the famous house isn’t over just yet.

Ahead of tonight’s live launch, it has been revealed that one of The Bov Boys will remain inside the Big Brother House and become Big Brother’s Mole for “The House of Chaos.”

The twist follows an unprecedented 24 hours for Big Brother UK, which saw the show open the doors of its new house before the official housemates had even arrived.

For the first time in the show’s history, viewers were able to watch the traditional pre-series ‘dry run’ play out publicly, with The Bov Boys – including Angry Ginge, Tays, Jakey Davies and Chazza moving into the house alongside a number of other creators, including former Big Brother housemate Pieface.

The dry run is normally carried out entirely behind closed doors, giving producers an opportunity to test everything from cameras and microphones to tasks and the general production operation before the real housemates move in.

This year, however, Big Brother turned the rehearsal into an event of its own, streaming the action live for 24 hours across Twitch and YouTube and giving fans their first opportunity to see the new house actually being lived in.

But there was one final surprise waiting at the end of the takeover.

One Bov Boy isn’t going home…

While the rest of the group leave the house ahead of tonight’s launch, one Bov Boy is staying behind and will act as Big Brother’s Mole.

Exactly who has been selected is being kept under wraps until tonight, with viewers told to tune in to discover their identity.

The mysterious Mole will apparently be involved in “The House of Chaos”, suggesting they could have a role to play as this year’s genuine housemates enter the house for the first time.

Quite how much power the Mole will have and whether the unsuspecting new housemates will know there is an imposter amongst them remains to be seen.

It means the 24-hour dry run has unexpectedly become directly connected to the launch of the new series, rather than simply being a standalone pre-show event.

And after allowing viewers behind the curtain to watch the house being tested before launch for the first time, it seems Big Brother has managed to squeeze one last twist out of The Bov Boys’ stay.
