FIRST LOOK: ITV reveals brand new Diary Room chair

ITV has revealed the first look at the brand-new Big Brother Diary Room Chair for 2026.

Big Blagger got an exclusive first look at the chair during our visit to the brand- new Big Brother house this week, ahead of the new series launching on Sunday night.

This year, the iconic chair has been transformed into a giant Big Brother eye, with a huge iris staring directly back at the housemates as they take their seat.

The bold red design is filled with hundreds of colourful pom-poms in shades of red, pink, orange and peach, surrounding the enormous eye at its centre. A glowing light traces the outline of the chair, while a sweeping red seat completes the design.

The Diary Room is at the heart of Big Brother, providing the place for housemates to nominate, receive secret tasks, speak privately to Big Brother and, inevitably, have the occasional meltdown.

Every new series brings a completely new Diary Room Chair, and the reveal has traditionally been one of the first big glimpses fans get of the new-look house.

The chair is now ready and waiting for a brand-new group of housemates, who will enter the Big Brother house when AJ Odudu and Will Best host the Live Launch this Sunday.
