Capital Breakfast DJ/Host, Roman Kemp has admitted that he has had talks with ITV about him potentially hosting the revived Big Brother on ITV2 in 2023.
Speaking with The Mirror, Kemp said that he would love to host the show and admitted that there had ” been talks” with bosses at ITV.
He went on to say that he loves the show and that he would do it justice and admitted that he has the backing of former and original Big Brother host Davina McCall; “Davina and I were talking about it the other day. She said I should do it.” he said.
Kemps name isn’t the first to be associated with the rebooted format, with former Bit on the Side hosts Rylan Clark & AJ Odudu, Love Island’s Maura Higgins amongst the names already mentioned as potential hosts for the series.
AJ Odudu is thought to be one of the front runners for the series.
ITV said in a statement that “All suggestions surrounding the host are pure speculation and absolutely no decisions have been made at this early stage.”
Big Brother returns to screens in Autumn 2023 on ITV2 & ITVX.
