Channel 5 have today announced that Big Brother 17 will begin week commencing Saturday June 4th.
The show was originally expected to return mid to late June due to the construction of a new extension to the Big Brother house at Elstree Studios.
In preliminary schedules released to the media today, Channel 5 have revealed that Big Brother will in fact return between Saturday 4th June and Friday 10th June. Unless there us a sudden change of plans, an official launch date will be announced next week.
The news follows the release of the new Big Brother eye on Wednesday, and earlier today Channel 5 revealed the first details of what to expect come the summer.
