Martha and Ryan go head-to-head for a place in the Big Brother house

In tonight’s episode of Big Brother, Martha and Ryan go head-to-head in a game of strategy, deception and persuasion.

Big Brother gathers all the housemates in front of their TVs in the lounge and Storage room to deliver a game-changing twist. One Non-Housemate has an opportunity to earn their way into the house and avoid eviction — but only if they survive a head-to-head battle of strategy, deception, and persuasion.

The non-housemates choose Martha to face the challenge, pitting her against Ryan from the House.

Big Brother has the pair sit across from each other, with a colourful, paint-splattered cake between them.

Big Brother raises the stakes by revealing that if Martha wins, she can bring two Non-Housemates into the house with her, ensuring their safety from eviction this week.

Suddenly, the cake explodes in front of Martha and Ryan! Big Brother announces that Ali will soon arrive as the judge to determine which of them pressed the button and triggered the explosion — though Big Brother is the true culprit.

Now, Martha and Ryan must use all their cunning to convince Ali that the other is responsible for blowing up the cake. Who will Ali believe? Can Martha secure her spot in the house and avoid eviction, or will Ryan return triumphant?
