The Big Brother house was temporarily evacuated last night after the fire alarm was accidentally triggered.
The incident occurred around 11.30 PM, causing the live feed to be switched over to stock footage for the remainder of the 2.5-hour slot, with all housemates and crew safely evacuated from the house in a timely manner.
When asked for comment by Big Blagger, a Big Brother spokesperson said:
“The Housemates were evacuated from the Big Brother House for a brief period yesterday after a fire alarm was activated. The safety and security of our cast and crew is always of the utmost importance.”
Big Brother airs Sunday through Fridays at 9 PM on ITV2 and ITVX.
