Big Brother held another double eviction tonight (November 10), with two housemates sent packing just one week before the shows grand final.
Facing eviction from the Big Brother house this week were Chanelle, Olivia, Noky, Trish and Jenkin. Chanelle was only eligible to be nominate after being stripped of her immunity earlier in the week for discussing nominations.
Going live to the Big Brother house for the first eviction, hosts AJ Odudu announced that Chanelle Bowen was the first housemate to get the boot, having received the most votes to evict.
She left the house to strong boos. Speaking on Late & Live after her eviction, Chanelle said ‘I was ready to leave. Honestly, the boredom, the drama, how it all gets magnified. From them boos, I can’t imagine what’s been shown.’
Immediately after Chanelle’s eviction, host Will Best crossed back to the house to reveal that Trish Balusa had become the second housemate of the night to get the chop. Prior to her eviction announcement, there were loud chants of “Trish will win”.
Trish said that she was still a bit shocked about her eviction, but added ‘At the same time, there was a part of me that thought, this is my third nomination.’
It was also announced this evening that Celebrity Big Brother will return to screens in 2024 on ITV1, STV & ITVX.
