Tensions rise as housemates hold house meeting
Tensions are running high in the Big Brother House as the group come together for a full-blown house meeting.
Gathered around the dining table, Feyisola begins by saying there’s “no agenda”, but explains that “we’re all here today – we’re now living together and everyone is seeing people’s annoyances, people are getting annoyed by things. It’s not about targeting one person.”
Cameron B soon interjects, saying that “nothing does annoy me but practice what you preach.” As voices start to overlap, Cameron B adds, “If you’re going to moan that I’m leaving cups on the side, don’t do it yourself.”
Jenny pushes back, asking, “Why are you taking it so far?” but Cameron B insists, “I’m not taking it personal,” prompting Jenny to respond, “You are because you don’t stop talking about it.”
Later, emotions continue to run high as Cameron reflects on the earlier confrontation, telling Zelah that he’s “sad that I might have offended her.” Zelah suggests that “she might want to have a conversation tonight… with Jenny, with Sam and Nancy,” leading Cameron to ask, “As in our friendship group?”
When Cameron clarifies that the conversation doesn’t include Caroline, she’s quick to ask, “Am I not in your group?” As Cameron K, Feyisola, Jenny, Nancy, Sam, Teja and Zelah gather in the Snug to talk things through, the rest of the house are left feeling excluded.
Relaying what’s happening to the others, Caroline’s update sparks frustration, with Marcus asking, “Are we just f***ing spare parts in here?” Moments later, Cameron B, Caroline, Elsa, Marcus and Tate head to the Snug to confront the others, leading to a fiery back-and-forth between the two groups.
Can the housemates find a way to move past the drama and restore harmony in the House, or has the divide gone too far?
Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 & ITVX.
