Former Big Brother’s Bit on the Side co-presenter AJ Odudu is reportedly in ‘advanced talks’ with bosses at ITV to host the 2023 revival series of Big Brother on ITV, according to The Daily Star.
The Daily Star are quoting an insider as saying “AJ has had advanced talks with producers about the new series. The meetings have gone really well and it’s looking promising. ITV are considering a few different stars, but at the moment AJ is considered the frontrunner.”
It is thought that ITV see AJ as the perfect fit for the Big Brother hosting gig as she already knows Big Brother inside out from her past hosting duties on Bit on the Side in 2013 in a role she shared with Rylan Clark.
“She is keen to do it, so it’s all down to what ITV execs decide.” the insider added.
It is thought that a decision on who will take the reigns in hosting the new series will be made in the next few weeks.
Big Brother returns for it’s 20th series in March 2023 on ITV 2 and ITV X.
